ISOPA contributes to the “woman shelter” project of the Lions Club Brussels-Charlemagne

Over the Christmas period, ISOPA supported the Lions Club Brussels-Charlemagne efforts to raise funds for the “Chèvrefeuille” shelter in Brussels, where girls and women who are victims of domestic violence find accommodation and support. The handover took place on 21st May 2016.

Thanks to the efforts of many generous donors, the Lions Club Brussels-Charlemagne managed to raise 14.000 €; the funds will be used to refurbish the shelter’s kitchen and sanitary areas.

This noble initiative has been placed under the patronage of the Ambassadors of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria and Switzerland, as well as the Prime Minister of the German-speaking Community in Belgium.
